Led the closing/re-opening of Nike Lenox Legacy door, a highly complex visual merchandising project which required training the team on visual merchandising standards.

Rolled out and led a pilot position called Product Life Cycle Flow that emphasizes seamless product flow onto merchandising floor; drove unit sales increase week over week with complete product presentation and efficient POS processes.
Acted as Head Coach on several occasions to advance performance expectations and navigate robust relationships with team members, as well as gaining a buy-in from the leadership team.
Coached and developed team members from athletes to leadership roles, leading the territory with the highest % of people development leading to career advancement
Led the Visual Merchandising and Operations Training in Bronx Unite store opening, alongside developing new GO Team leaders on optimal practices and company expectations; garnered special feature for visual merchandising layout as key part of VMS initiative objectives.
Composed the complete Bronx Visual and Operational playbook for NVS opening; standardized and implemented by WHQ GO Squads (New Store Opening Teams)
2017 - 2018
Created Visual Merchandising strategy, drove Styling Ethos via RSG (Ready, Set, Go), and leader specific training at the following stores: Well Collective Minnetonka, Well Collective Birmingham, Nike RISE x Bellevue, Nike Rise x Del Amo, Nike RISE x Somerset Collection and Nike RISE x Santa Monica.
Assisted and completed the creation of NSO playbook with the Concept team for Well Collective doors.
Instituted the Gratitude Wall that produced a Nike Maxim-oriented culture; received strong athletic contribution and fueled motivation to check mailboxes daily.
Founded the Culture Committee to boost athlete retention, store morale, and athlete-leader relations; appointed Themed Days, Potlucks, Contests, and Community involvement, with other ideas demonstrated by leadership team; cooperated directly with PRO Athlete to facilitate engaging ways to achieve Digital Metrics and OSAT.
Operated as the lead visual merchandising leader, driving the visual initiative across the merchandising process for deploying a new Unite Door located in East New York, Brooklyn; aided in the re-grand Opening of Woodbury Commons Factory location.
